The two indigenous rock art sites shown here are the Ngamadjidj (White Person) Shelter and the Gulgurn Manja (Hands of Young people) Shelter. The names describe very clearly what the art shows. These small shelters in the rock are where people came to pass on stories and songs, fulfil tribal obligations and paint.
