Photographs of the Amalfi Coast

The Amalfi Coast is on the southern side of the Sorrentine Peninsula on the edge of the Amafi Bay. The road winds along the edge of the mountain sides occasionally gliding down to the edge of the sea but then winding back up to perch on the cliff side. The small towns are either perched on the top of hills or nestled in bays sheltered from the wind.
Driving and trying to take photographs is difficult because stopping places are few and far between, but the views (when you can take your eyes off the road) are great.
