Old Tailem Town is Australia's largest pioneer village.
It contains original buildings reflecting life for the settlers of
South Australia from 1860 - 1960. Many of the buildings were
transported in one piece from their original locations, while
others were taken apart plank by plank and rebuilt here. Most of
the buildings are the same in appearance as they were when they
were lived in. They are all furnished with original artifacts.
It's an interesting place to see.
