Hadrian's Arch and the remains of the Temple of Zeus

The Acropolis is the flat-topped rock in the centre of Athens on which the Parthenon and the Erechtheum sit. It is surrounded by the metropolis including the ancient remains of the Agora, the Roman Forum, the Theatre of Dionysus and the now partially reconstructed Theatre of Herodes Atticus, Hadrian's Arch and the remains of the Temple of Zeus.
