The Wadakura Funsui Koen or Fountain Park was built to celebrate the wedding of the Crown Prince in 1993 and is situated just inside the outer moat of the Imperial Palace. The fountains are set on automatic timers and rise and fall as though dancing to hidden music.
It's a great place to sit and meditate to the sound of running water.
One of the entrances to the garden is over the outer moat.
